How to Raise a Dispute for an Order

We stand by our products 100%, created with love and care. If you face any issues with your order:

  • You can raise a return request within 10 days of delivery.

  • If your reason for return is found to be genuine, we will honor the return.

  • Returned items must be in original condition, unused, and with all tags intact.

  • Orders are typically shipped within 7 working days from our warehouse.

Delivery Process

We use reputed courier companies like Blue Dart, Aramex, AFL, DTDC, DHL, and FedEx. If your area is not serviceable by these, we will use India Speed Post.

In cases where no courier service is available:

  • We will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery location that is serviceable.

International Delivery
